A huge thank you to everyone who attended the special event at Lorrha & Dorrha GAA Community Hall on 12th October 2024. Organized by the Heritage Subcommittee of Lorrha Development Association, we had a fantastic time watching the screening of video interviews from Maura Reddin, Majella Reddin, Paddy Dermody, Michael Liffey, Philip McIntyre, Pat McLoughney, Brian and Pad Joe Whelahan, Seamus King, and Damien Martin.
The interviews brought to life the remarkable story of the legendary Tony Reddin, our “Hero of Three Counties,” as part of the “Treasured Memories” series.
It was a truly enjoyable evening, filled with fascinating stories, great conversations, and delicious treats with tea and coffee shared afterwards.
